Veterinary Office Manager – Aroostook Animal Emergency Services
Location: Aroostook County, Maine
Schedule: Weekends Required | Some Weekday Flexibility
Help lead the launch of northern Maine’s first small animal emergency hospital! Aroostook Animal Emergency Services is seeking an experienced Office Manager to play a key role in building a high-functioning, compassionate emergency veterinary team.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be experienced in:

Inventory management, ordering, and stocking

Financial reporting and basic bookkeeping

Hiring, onboarding, and training team members

Facilitating team communication and supporting staff well-being
Schedule:
Open hours will initially run from Thursday PM through Monday AM, so weekend availability is required. Some responsibilities can be fulfilled during weekday business hours.
