Veterinary Receptionist – Aroostook Animal Emergency Services
Location: Aroostook County, Maine
Schedule: Rotating Shifts | Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
Join the team making veterinary history in northern Maine! Aroostook Animal Emergency Services, the region’s first small animal emergency hospital, is looking for experienced receptionists to help us open our doors and serve the community with excellence.
About the Role:
We are seeking organized, compassionate, and capable individuals who can manage the fast-paced environment of emergency veterinary care. The ideal candidate will be skilled in:

Communicating clearly with clients and team members

Multi-tasking under pressure

Triage over the phone and in-person upon patient arrival
Shift Options:

4:00 PM – Midnight
-
Midnight – 8:00 AM
-
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Initial coverage: Thursday PM through Monday AM)
